This 3-level education focuses on training of the core, upper limbs and lower limbs. Each participant will receive a certificate.

COMPLEXCORE+ CONCEPT

ComplexCore offers a comprehensive approach to training and therapy. 
A comprehensive training approach for the core, upper and lower extremities requires structured and targeted forms of exercise. ComplexCore provides support through the physical screening, planning and the selection of targeted exercises for training and therapy. It is designed for coaches and physiotherapists and anyone interested in activity and is oriented to support clients, patients, recreational athletes, or elite level athletes.

Roman Jahoda was able to successfully become a professional therapist in 2003. He took his expertise one step further by developing the holistic training concept ComplexCore of which he is the CEO. ComplexCore offers personalised training programs for both recreational and elite athletes and aims to spread the idea for health and fitness worldwide.
Additionally, as a complement to his company, Roman wrote the book ComplexCore – Core Stabilisation in Training and Therapy. He is a lecturing tutor and invited speaker at various institutions, sport universities and congresses across the world, where he speaks about core training, core mobilisation, core stabilisation, back pain, and other topics.
Roman Jahoda lives in Switzerland and actively supports the Alinghi team with his personal training/therapist services. Since 2008, he is supporting the UEFA International Soccer Referees as a physiotherapist and fitness coach. Since 2010, he is the head coach and physiotherapist of the Austrian Soccer Referees and since 2011 also supports the Swiss Soccer Referees.
For 8 years he supported several drivers from Formula 1 and DTM. He was the personal therapist of Ralf Schumacher for almost 6 years.

  • 13:30 – 17:00/18:00 Practice (Core: Stability/Strength)

25.04.2025 – Level 2,3

  • 09:00 – 10:00 Theory (Lower limbs)
  • 10:00 – 11:00 Practice (Lower limbs: Mobility)
  • 11:00 – 12:30 Practice (Lower limbs: Stability/Strength)
  • 14:00 – 14:30 Theory (Upper limbs)
  • 14:30 – 15:30 Practice (Upper limbs: Mobility, Stability/Strength)
  • 15:45 – 16:30 Theory & Practice (Injury prevention; dynamic sports)
  • 16:30 – 17:00 Practice (Muscular tension regulation)

 

Praktisch

Deze opleiding komt in aanmerking voor de KMO-portefeuille en geeft recht op 30% tegemoetkoming op het bedrag exclusief btw.

De prijzen zijn inclusief digitaal cursusmateriaal, cursusbenodigdeden, lunch, (warme) dranken en versnaperingen.

De deuren openen om 8u30. U bent dan reeds welkom om een koffie/thee te benuttigen en te netwerken met collega’s.

De cursus gaat dagelijks van start om 9u en eindigt rond 17u00.
